A luxury skincare company, is seeking a Leasing Relationship Manager to assist in finding opportunities aimed at increasing our presence in high-end retail stores, malls, and other retail locations across Europe.

Requisitos

Develop and aggressively grow sales in designated geographic areas through prospecting, cold calls and relationship development.

Workplace: Barcelona.
Develop and maintain a high level of support in our relationships with existing and future retail customers, through effective account management and service. Ensure their understanding of our products and procedures.
Leasing experience preferred, but not essential. Training for the right person will be provided.
Complete control in English. Additional languages an advantage.
Experience in commercial real estate agent – high advantage.
High negotiation skills.
Availability for travelling.
Manage and monitor all contracts.
High operational capability.
High articulate written and oral.
Leverage these relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.
Bachelor of laws.
Help proactively market and convey the advantages of our product.

We offer a base salary + commission, paid expenses, and health benefits. Salary: 30.000€ - 40.000€
